2. iChat account setup (use your MobileMe or .Mac account or a free AIM account)
STEP 1: Contact me via email
STEP 2: I will email you my iChat screen name so that you can add me to your buddy list.
STEP 3: Start an iChat conversation with me. I will then help you start a screen sharing session.
STEP 4: You tell me the problem and I will control your mouse and walk you through fixing it.
STEP 5: I will email you a Paypal invoice for my time.
